Our friends in Fermoy are holding a General Liam Lynch Centenary Commemoration on Easter Sunday 9th April at 2pm

As part of our Centenary Weekend we are delighted to support our friends in Fermoy who are holding a General Liam Lynch Centenary Commemoration on Easter Sunday 9th April at 2pm in Fermoy organised by the General Liam Lynch Society – Centenary Commemoration and The Liam Lynch National Commemoraton Committee Liam Lynch Fermoy Commemoration

Their plans include a wonderful pipe band parade from Commandant Michael Fitzgerald’s Monument in Fermoy to Kilcrumper Cemetery where both General Liam Lynch and Michael Fitzgerald are buried.

An oration will be delivered at Kilcrumper Cemetery by Dr. Tim Horgan.

We have specifically left Sunday afternoon free of events to allow all those who wish to travel to Fermoy for this important event to do so and we are looking forward to welcoming many of our friends from Fermoy to our main Commemoration event on Easter Monday.

The details of their event are below and all are welcome to attend.
